- To process bookings, payments, and reservations.
- To communicate with you about your event, including confirmations, updates, and cancellations.
- To enforce our Zero-Hate Policy and ensure a safe and respectful environment for all visitors.
- To promote PUBLIC events on our social media platforms and marketing channels, as outlined in our Social Media Policy.

- With third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, and audio technicians) to facilitate your event.
- With law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law or to enforce our policies, including our Zero-Hate Policy.

6. payment options & policies
We strive to make our venue accessible and affordable for all types of events. Below are our payment options and policies to help you easily plan your event:

Standard Rate: Our standard rate is $60/hour with a 2-hour minimum. A 20% security deposit (included in the total cost) is required to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 35 days in advance will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Cancellations made within 35 days of the event will receive a 45% refund.

Cancellations made 1 week before the event are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled for any available date.
Pay-by-Ticket-Sales Option
We understand that small or first-time events may have budget constraints. To accommodate, we offer a pay-by-ticket-sales option:

A 30% deposit (higher than our standard rate) is required to secure your event.

Proof of anticipated ticket sales will be required to qualify for this option.
This option is ideal for events that expect revenue from ticket sales but need flexibility in upfront costs.
Non-Profit, No-Profit, & Mutual Aid Events
We are proud to support our community by offering free venue availability for non-profit, no-profit, or mutual aid events when the space is not in use to host community nights, free events, and much more!

Requirements: Proof of non-profit status or agreement that any profits made will be donated to a registered non-profit.

Availability: Free use is subject to venue availability. As we grow, free availability may become limited, but we have dedicated times and days for community-focused events such as more mutual-aid fairs, community craft nights, book fairs, and hopefully much more. We love to see our space used for good!
Custom Quotes & Flexible Options
For events that require less time or have unique needs, we’re happy to provide custom quotes. Reach out to us with your specific requirements, and we’ll work with you to create a pricing plan that fits your event.
7. Zero-Hate Policy
Our space maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards hate speech, hate crimes, or violence of any kind. Any violation of this policy may result in the termination of collaborations and potential legal action. We reserve the right to review all event reservations and deny bookings that may violate our policies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
